Appointments during COVID-19

At all Covid alert levels, online and phone consults (Telehealth) are available for new and follow-up appointments.

Clinic hours

Appointments are available during clinic hours:

Monday: 8.30am – 5pm
Tuesday: 8am – 4.30pm
Wednesday: 8.30am – 5pm
Thursday: 9am – 6pm
Friday: 8.30am – 5pm

Appointments are usually 30 minutes long. You may require a 1 hour appointment for your first appointment if you have had surgery, and require a splint to be made. Do  contact us if you need more information. We are closed at weekends and Public Holidays.

Fees

ACC: There is no surcharge for current ACC approved claims, including most splints and braces. There will be a charge for items not covered by ACC, for example if you need compression tape, oedema glove or strengthening equipment.

Non ACC: First appointment $115*, Follow up $85. Splints & braces are individually priced. *First appointment after surgery or functional assessments $200

EFTPOS and credit card payments available.

Southern Cross easy claim is available for members.

Cancellations policy

We understand plans can change. If you cannot attend your appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice. Phone 09 950 4849 or 0800 950 485 to re-schedule. Our phones are answered 24/7, however our emails are viewed only during office hours, so please phone rather than email to contact us outside of office hours.

Appointments are booked to enable your recovery. Do phone to re-book if you have cancelled or missed your appointment.

Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice or non-attendance, will incur full consult fee of $85.

Repeat non-attenders are advised their funder and referrer will be updated.
