Level 2.5, 2 and 1: you can come into the clinic for your appointment, or stay in your home with an on-line or phone consult.

These hours can be flexible, do phone or check online if you require an appointment outside of these times. Appointments are usually 30 minutes long. We are closed on Public Holidays
ACC: There is no surcharge for current ACC approved claims, including most splints and braces. There will be a charge for items not covered by ACC, for example if you need a wound dressing, compression tape or glove.
Non ACC: First appointment $90, Follow up $70. Splints & braces are individually priced.

We understand plans can change. If you cannot attend your appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice. Phone 09 950 4849 to re-schedule or cancel. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will incur an admin fee of $50. Non-attendance, without notice, may incur full consult fee of $70 / $90. Repeat non-attenders are advised their funder and referrer will be updated.
